Coaching is not therapy; it bridges the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, helping to unlock your potential and help you achieve your personal best.

You may be thinking that you could solve a lot of your problems by talking to your friends and family or acquaintances whose opinions you respect, but can they be truly objective and impartial? Working with me as your coach will give you a new and different perspective. For a start you will get honesty, a sounding board and a confidential space to think and talk.

MY APPROACH AND WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL

I am passionate about self-development and empowering people to feel better about themselves.

One of my main strengths is my ability to quickly build up a rapport with others and I genuinely care about giving value for money. All my sessions are relaxed and friendly but it’s not just a chat, we are here to make progress. You will be the one coming up with the right way forward for you and I will be encouraging you to really think what else you could do to move you one step closer towards your goal. In a way I will be selling yourself your own ideas!

I will work with you but it is up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas to help you move forward with your life. You won’t be forced to make any decisions that you are not comfortable with and all sessions are confidential so you can explore your thoughts and feelings privately.
